About us
Our Center for Scientific and Technical Research, Product Certification and Putting into Production (CNTISiP) has been created for quick, qualified and integrated solution of tasks faced by manufacturers, such as product certification and testing, putting products into manufacturing, development and registration of technical documents, etc.
The history of our Center goes back to the 1950s, to the Department of State Testing of Special Design Office, which was later renamed into All-Union Specialized Scientific Production Association “Soyuzvuzpribor”. At that time, the major responsibility of the Department was conducting acceptance tests for educational equipment, regarded as the final stage of the System of Product Development and Putting into Production. In 1995, on the basis of the Department of State Testing, Office for Certification of Educational Equipment was created, together with its testing center. Both divisions were accredited by the Certification System of “SovAsK” International Association. The major task of the Office was to check the quality of the manufactured educational equipment and attest its conformity with existing national standards. Based on the above-mentioned certification office and its testing center, the Center for Certification was opened in 2000, which included the Office for Certification of Educational Equipment - “MARPUT-SERT”, accredited in GOST-R System (Accreditation Certificate ROSS RU.0001.11AE21), Educational Equipment Testing Center - “MARPUT-TEST”, accredited in GOST-R System (Accreditation Certificate ROSS RU.0001.21AU21), and a laboratory for testing technical equipment for electromagnetic compatibility (IL TS EMS MARPUT). In 2005, due to the considerable development and extension of scientific and technical facilities, the Center for Scientific and Technical Research, Product Certification and Putting into Production (CNTISiP) was created on the basis of Certification Center.
CNTISiP is a well-organized and dynamic team of professionals possessing extensive practical experience. The success of our work is ensured by constant professional development of the Center’s employees, the extension of their authority for taking independent decisions, participation in various conferences on the problems of production development, putting into production, certification and testing, etc. The management of CNTISiP consists of experienced and highly qualified managers with extensive work records.
